How long does shipping take?
#OFBBabes can expect to receive an email with a tracking number after your order is placed and payment has been processed. Please allow 24-48 business hours for shipping information to be updated.
When can I expect my order to ship out?
We aim to ship out orders to all our #OFBBabes in a timely manner. After your order is fully processed, orders ship out within 5 business days. Time is estimated and varies by product. Other factors may delay processing time such as custom made-to-order products. Please feel free to check your tracking information for detailed updates.
Why is my tracking number still in pre-shipment?
#OFBBabes can expect to receive an email with a tracking number after your order is placed and payment has been processed. Please allow 24-48 business hours for shipping information to be updated. If you would like your order to arrive sooner, we happily offer USPS Priority and USPS First Class carrier services.
Do you ship Internationally?
At this time, we do not offer International Shipping.

Can I get help with a damaged product?
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Our Fashion Boutique will gladly process a return or exchange upon further investigation into the matter. To qualify for a Damaged/Defective return, you must email support@ourfashionboutique.com within 5 days from the date of delivery with a photo of the damaged/defective item and your order number.
Merchandise being submitted for a Damaged/Defective return must be received back in its original form with tags attached to clothing when returned. Clothing must not be worn, altered, or damaged, and must be free of any stains, odors, color tanners, pet hairs, or smells including deodorant and perfume or cologne. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs.

How does the t-shirt sizing run?
All white t-shirts are made of soft Polyester material and run true to size. Please feel free to order your usual size.
Colored t-shirts are made out of 100% Cotton and run a size smaller. We suggest you size up one size for a usual fit. Some examples of Colored t-shirts include: BLACK, PINK, BLUE, TURQUOISE, BEIGE, RED, and GREEN.
When will you restock?

Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
We aim to process all our orders in a timely manner. As we often process our orders immediately after receiving them, we do not offer any order cancellations at this time. However, if you believe your request is urgent, feel free to contact us at support@ourfashionboutique.com with your claim.
Please Note: Submitting a cancellation order request is not guaranteed to be accepted or approved.
Can I return my order?
At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, we know sometimes #OFBBabes need a different size! We are happy to offer a One-time Courtesy Return where you can ship back your items for online credit on our site. Once the complete returned order is received and processed, we will provide your online credit.
Please Note: Customers are responsible for ALL return packages and shipping fees.
